Gazprom-Media Holding has become a shareholder of MF Technologies. This change comes after Gazprombank, a joint-stock company, took a decision to contribute shares in the amount of 45% of MF Technologies authorised capital to the Holding. MF Technologies controls 57.3% of the voting shares at VK (Mail.ru Group Limited).
