Aleksandr Zharov was reappointed to the post of CEO of Gazprom-Media Holding

The Board of Directors of JSC Gazprom-Media Holding made a decision on the early reappointment of Aleksandr Zharov to the position of CEO. The head has held this post since March 24, 2020, and his powers have now been extended for another three years.

I am grateful to the Board of Directors for their trust. In less than three years, we managed to do a lot of work and gain a foothold in the leading positions of the media industry. I am proud that we have powerful creative teams in the holding with the highest professionalism and limitless potential. As before, I can assure you that I will always adhere to the principles of mutual respect and openness in managing the holding and its structures.

Aleksandr Zharov has headed Gazprom-Media Holding since 2020. Previously, he worked as head of Roskomnadzor and Deputy Minister of Communications and Mass Media of Russia.
