Not Listed will be shown in Indonesia preview

The film Not Listed, based on the novella by Boris Vasilyev, was created by Gazprom-Media Holding, NTV channel, 1-2-3 Production, TEMP, and TROMEDIA film companies, as well as the Moscow Oleg Tabakov Theater, with the support of the Cinema Fund and the Government of Moscow. The filming took place in Belarus and at the Moskino cinema park.

The war drama Not Listed will be presented to audiences in Jakarta as part of Russian Cinema Day in Indonesia, organized by ROSKINO with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. The screening will take place on July 5 at CGV Cinemas Central Park.

Not Listed will once again be seen by audiences in foreign countries. The meanings embedded in the film, such as heroism, courage, and inner strength, unite viewers from completely different cultures. Our film has already been shown in Tashkent, Tehran, and Hanoi, and now it will be screened in Jakarta. These events bring nations closer together through shared values, tell the story of our country, and explain what courage and selflessness are, which this is the main strength of cultural diplomacy. Today, when audiences around the world value sincerity and genuine stories, Russian film festivals organized by ROSKINO with the support of the Ministry of Culture become platforms of trust”

Aleksandr Zharov CEO of Gazprom-Media Holding and general producer of the film

The screening in Indonesia is not the first international event for the film. Previously, Not Listed was shown to audiences at Russian film festivals in Uzbekistan, Iran, and Vietnam.

“At the April meeting of the Russian-Indonesian Joint Commission on Trade, Economic, and Technical Cooperation, which took place in Jakarta, we discussed cooperation in the field of cinematography with our Indonesian colleagues, unanimously recognizing that the richness and diversity of our cultures offer great scope for opportunities in creating joint projects. And the upcoming events – Russian Cinema Day in Indonesia and the Indonesian Film Festival in Russia – will be an important step in strengthening mutual interest in the film industries of our countries. Indonesia became a full member of BRICS this year, which will undoubtedly enhance cultural interaction between our countries”

Olga Lyubimova Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation

“Within our festivals, we try different formats, and for the second time this year, we will present our films in the format of Russian Cinema Day. We organized a similar event in April in Nepal, and we are now pleased with such integration into the Indonesian festival’s film program. Considering the focus of this film screening, the program includes several striking original projects of different genres. We hope that the interest of the Indonesian audience in Russian cinema will grow”

Elza Antonova General Director of ROSKINO
