The projects created as part of the “Digital leadership” program, which Gazprom-Media Holding developed together with the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, were presented on June 25. The educational program spanned five months and was adapted to the demands and tasks that modern media industry experts deal with. The program was designed for Gazprom-Media Holding managers who are involved in the company’s digital transformation. A total of 50 executives from Gazprom-Media companies took part in the program.
The focus of the educational program was to develop the participants’ skills in team and project management in a changing business environment. The program was made up of four modules. Each module included sessions with Russian and foreign experts, as well as practical assignments on projects that are relevant to the media business industry today.
