TV-3 will broadcast the premiere of the detective thriller Istorik (The Historian) starting on September 13 at 19:30. Popular musician Pavel Artemiev makes his acting debut in the series where he plays the lead role. His character is Andrei Viktorovich Izvorin, a very creative individual. He draws comic strips and publishes them under the pseudonym Hunter. When not doing that, he teaches history at an institute and genuinely adores his chosen subject. Izvorin has come up with a theory according to which every unsolved crime, including those that led to an innocent person getting punished, inevitably repeats itself.
