NTV leads among TV channels for getting cited in mass media following SPIEF 2018
NTV came in first place among Russian television channels for getting cited in mass media in the context of SPIEF 2018, according to Medialogy data. This included citations about an interview with the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, which he gave at the forum to NTV programs Segodnya (Today) and Mezhdunarodnaya Pilorama (The International Sawmill).
As in 2017, this year NTV was one of the information partners of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, which took place from May 24 to 26, 2018. A travelling, high-tech multifunctional NTV studio was set up at the forum to deliver digital broadcasting in high definition. All episodes of the Segodnya program were broadcast live from this studio during the forum.
