Gazprom-Media’s team took part in the charitable Green Marathon Begushie Serdtsa

The charity run Green Marathon Begushie Serdtsa (Running Hearts) took place on May 27. The event is a merger of Sberbank’s Green Marathon and the charity marathon Begusie Serdtsa, which is traditionally organized by Polina Kitsenko and Natalia Vodianova, in support of the Naked Heart Foundation. Gazprom-Media Holding was represented by 130 of its employees who ran distances of 4.2, 10 and 21.1 kilometers.

The marathon brought together the representatives of the television channels NTV, TNT, Match TV, TNT4, 2x2, Super, as well as the sub-holdings Gazprom-Media KIT and Gazprom-Media Radio, including the companies Red Media and Central Partnership, radio stations Avtoradio and Energy, as well as other companies that are part of Gazprom-Media. Employees dedicated the charity run to the 20th anniversary of the holding, which is celebrated this year. The combined team of Gazprom-Media finished the run in the Top 10 of the overall tally among mass media representatives.

This year the Green Marathon was held in 56 cities of Russia and brought together 160,000 people. In Moscow more than 15,000 people took part in the run, which was held on Vasilyevsky Descent and in Zaryadye Park. The organizers of the run raised more than 53 million rubles, which will be used to offer early assistance to children with developmental issues.
