Gazprom-Media Holding became the owner of the control share of Insight People, the largest blogger agency in Russia
Gazprom-Media Holding acquired a share of 51% of the registered capital of OOO INSIGHT PEOPLE. A deal with the largest blogger agency in Russia will allow for a synergy effect of uniting the blogger community within digital platforms of the holding and enhance its positions in the segment of influence-marketing.
Insight People is a long-time strategic business partner for our RUTUBE and Yappy platforms, as well as entertainment TV channels. Merging the companies’ potential will stimulate creation of content of new quality and its promotion. The blogging field has already secured the position of modern media for itself, and synergy of our resources will only strengthen the holding’s leadership in all media segments.
