The Russian film Gogol won an award at the international festival of non-standard film and new film formats in USA. Gogol received the main prize in the nomination “Foreign project” at The Indie Gathering International Film Festival, which is held in USA since 2011. The winner was decided by a jury led by the American film director John Woo, who is known for large-scale action films The Killer, Face/Off, Mission Impossible 2 and Paycheck.
Gogol previously received an international prize at the Accolade Global Film Competition in the nomination “Award of Excellence” for its outstanding cinematography.
