Pulikov will be involved in the monetization of digital assets included in Gazprom Media Sales House
Artem Pulikov, CEO of Kvant, has been appointed deputy general manager for the development and monetization of digital assets at Gazprom Media Sales House. This is a new position at the company.
In his new role, he will work to strengthen and develop the Sales House’s position in the digital segment. He will combine his responsibilities as the CEO of Kvant (a joint venture between Gazprom Media and the technology company MaximaTelecom) and his work as deputy general manager of Gazprom Media Sales House. This synergy is certain to further improve the Sales House’s position on the digital advertising market.
Gazprom Media strengthened its presence on the digital market this year thanks to its current team of experts. The Sales House’s core digital team remains unchanged and will continue working towards further ambitious goals.
Pulikov graduated from the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering and began his career in advertising in 2007 at Sunbox, where he started out as a manager and was ultimately promoted to head of sales. He went on to work at Rutube in 2008 as the head of its sales team. From 2011 to 2014, Pulikov worked as a sales director at Gazprom Media Digital. In 2014, he took the helm at the online business MaximaTelecom, where he was responsible for the monetization of Wi-Fi network data and digital advertising products.
In June 2019, Pulikov became the CEO of Kvant, a joint venture between MaximaTelecom and Gazprom Media in the fields of AdTech, big data and digital advertising. As the CEO, he is responsible for developing advertising services based on big data; the monetization of Europe’s largest Wi-Fi network, MT_FREE; and Gazprom Media’s mobile inventory.
