Gazprom-Media Holding is serving as a general partner of Best Brands awards for the third time. This award recognises the strongest brands in Russia.
Best Brands is the only independent international marketing award where consumers themselves determine the winners. The inaugural Best Brands awards in Russia were held in April 2019 on the country’s main premiere platform, Oktyabr cinema on Novy Arbat. In 2021, the awards ceremony and Best Brands Academy were held online.
This year the Best Brands awards ceremony will be held on April 20 in Moscow. As has become tradition, one of the stars of NTV channel’s news broadcasts will host the ceremony. In 2021 this role will be taken up by Elena Spiridonova, the presenter of Segodnya program’s evening broadcasts.
The awards for Best Brands 2021 in Russia will be handed out in six nominations:
“Best product brand”
“Best growing product brand”
“Best Russian product brand”
“Best product brand among millennials”
“Best customer-oriented brand”
“Best corporate brand”, instead of two separate nominations “Best foreign corporate brand” and “Best Russian corporate brand”.
The award for this combined nomination will be presented to the winning brand by Ekaterina Veselkova, CEO of Gazprom-Media Sales House.
