The film Batya (Dad) premiered in Moscow’s Illuzion movie theater on February 17, and the actors, crew, producers, and journalists and celebrities were there to watch the year’s most heartfelt comedy, which will be released in Russian movie theaters on February 23.

Batya is a comedy about a father raising his son in the 1990s, and it’s not only a humorous look at the wild 1990s, but also a story about different generations, their unique traits, and the universal truth that any dad, no matter who he is, wants only the best for his children.

Made by TNT and TNT4, along with Good Story Media company, Batya stars Vladimir Vdovichenkov, Elena Lyadova, Stas Starovoitov, Nadezhda Mikhalkova, Andrey Andreev, Sevastian Bugaev and Diana Enakaeva.
