The Territoriya KIT (KIT Territory) sociocultural project has held its first film screening since lockdown. The film Serebryannye Konki (The Silver Skates) was shown at the Russian Children’s Center Orlyonok on January 27.
Territoriya KIT has adapted its format since the spring of 2020 in accordance with the pandemic. This unique program was developed together with the Russian Children’s Centers, allowing school children of all ages to connect with their favorite movie stars at online conferences. Famous guests who answered the children’s questions included Nikita Mikhalkov, Aleksandr Petrov, Danila Kozlovsky, Ivan Okhlobystin, Viktor Dobronravov, Kirill Zaytsev and Klim Shipenko.
The much-awaited offline event began with the screening of The Silver Skates. Audience members included 500 children from Krasnodar Krai and the Komi and Adygea republics. Kirill Zaitsev, one of the stars, presented the film.
