The winners of the Venice TV Award were announced on October 1 in Italy. Television companies from 28 countries in Europe, Asia, North America and Australia took part in the competition. The jury evaluated the submissions in 15 categories.

The promo clip by Red Media’s creative team made it onto the shortlist in the “Program promotion” nomination. The clip, which has a unique comic book-like style, text and graphics, was created especially for Kinosemya TV channel, which is part of Red Media’s Nastroi Kino! package. The European jury gave high marks to the dynamic promo.

The series A.L.ZH.I.R., produced by NTV, was a finalist in the “Best TV series” nomination. Other nominees in this category included Sex Education (Netflix), Patrick Melrose (Sky Atlantic) and Chernobyl (Sky, HBO), among others.
