The PREMIER online cinema will release the new series Soldout on December 9. Soldout is the first Russian musical dramedy that looks at the confrontation between a young rapper and a major music label, the making of an artist and the enduring link between the culture of the past and the present.
The series tells the story of a young rapper called Drumma’K whose dealings with a music label resemble a dysfunctional family in which everyone is pursuing their own interests. The words ‘Sold Out’ have a great meaning for every artist - they don’t only signify a successful concert for which all the tickets have been bought up, but also a milestone after which a new life begins. To reach this milestone, the main character will have to find his own, unique voice and undergo the journey of becoming a true artist.
