The special-interest channel Kukhnya TV, which is produced by Red Media, has launched a new show about Italian cuisine called Odnazhdy v Italii (Once Upon a Time in Italy). Matteo Lai, a native of Bologna and a brand chef of Jamie’s Italian restaurants in Russia, will host the show. The show will premiere on September 2 at 20:00 with daily episodes to air on weekdays.
Kukhnya TV itself produced the new show. The channel’s viewers will find out how to prepare classic Italian dishes from appetizing pasta, ripe tomatoes, aromatic cheeses and fresh seafood. Thanks to the easy and accessible recipes from Matteo, any viewer can create a “little Italy” in their own kitchen.
