​KIT Film Studio and NTV begin filming adaptation of Israel’s hit series Street Justice

KIT Film Studio (included in KIT Group of Companies, which is part of Gazprom-Media Holding) and NTV channel have begun filming the crime drama series Ulichnoe Pravosudie, which is the Russian adaptation of the Israeli series Street Justice about a hot-tempered police officer. The series will be broadcast on NTV.

The original version of Street Justice aired on Channel 10 in Israel in 2011. The series got positive reviews from viewers and critics alike. It had high ratings and was the leader in its time slot. The format of the original series was adapted in the USA and Canada. Its rights holder is Armoza Formats/Armoza International Media Ltd.

KIT Film Studio is producing the Russian version of the crime drama. Its chief producers are KIT Film Studio general manager Dzhanik Fayziev and KIT Group of Companies general manager Rafael Minasbekyan. Oleg Babitsky wrote the adapted screenplay and Dmitry Korobin, who is known for other KIT Film Studio and NTV series - Kuba (Cuba), Konsultant. Likhie Vremena (Consultant. Wild Times), Shelest (Rustle) - directed the new project. The series will be filmed in Yaroslavl and Yaroslavl region.
