Aleksandr Zharov reported to the Board of Directors chaired by Aleksey Miller on the Holding’s leading positions

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Gazprom-Media JSC took place today. The meeting was chaired by the Chair of the Board of Directors of Gazprom-Media Holding JSC – Aleksey Miller, Chair of the Gazprom PJSC Management Committee.

The Board of Directors reviewed the operational results of Gazprom-Media Holding’s activities for the first quarter of 2026 and the forecast of the financial results of Gazprom-Media Holding’s activities in 2026.

The key report was delivered by Aleksandr Zharov, CEO of Gazprom-Media. He stated that by the end of the first quarter of 2026, Gazprom-Media Holding maintains its status as the leading media holding in the country. The company holds leading positions in both commercial and audience market shares.

The audience share at the end of the first quarter of 2026 amounted to 27.7% (according to Mediascope, Russia 0+, all 14-44).
