Biography

In March 2020, she was named advisor to the CEO of Gazprom-Media Holding, and in June 2020 promoted to the post of deputy CEO.

From 1993 to 2002, she was chief accountant and board member at Artelecom (Rostelecom).

From 2002 to 2006, she served as deputy general manager in charge of economics and was a board member of Southern Telecom (Rostelecom).

From 2006 to 2014, she held various positions in the media holding Profmedia. She was vice president of Profmedia TV (TV-3, 2x2, Friday!), and chief financial officer and vice president in charge of finance and operations at VKPM radio holding. She was also a member of the board of directors at Profmedia TV from 2012 to 2014.

From 2015 to 2016, she worked as CFO of the Gazprom-Media’s Match sub-holding and NTV-PLUS.

From 2016 to 2018, she was deputy general manager in charge of operational efficiency at the STS Media holding.

Svetlana Fefilova was born on March 25, 1970.

She graduated from the physics and mathematics faculty of the Arkhangelsk State Pedagogical University and also completed distance studies at the financial and economic institute of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation where her specialization was accounting and auditing. She also holds a diploma in international financial reporting (DipIFR) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has completed a modular management program at the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo.
