​Gazprom-Media radio stations receive six radio ‘Oscars’

The ceremony for the winners of the 16th Radiomania national awards was held on June 30. Gazprom-Media’s radio stations received six golden microphones. In the contest for the best national network radio stations, Avtoradio, Radio Energy and Detskoe Radio were named among the best.

Avotradio received two Radiomania 2017 awards. The first golden microphone was given to the station for the festival Pobeda (Victory), which was dedicated to the 72nd anniversary of the victory in World War II. Muscovites and guests of the Russian capital gathered on Poklonnaya Gora on May 8 for a big celebratory concert in honour of the Great Victory. Another award went to Avtoradio for the radio marathon “Bitva za Porsche” (Battle for the Porsche), which featured famous artists and musicians and became the closing chapter in the game Mnogo Deneg. Supersezon. Throughout the day, the hosts of the show Murzilki Live Bragin, Gordeeva and Zakhar, along with their celebrity guests, played out the remaining prize fund on live radio and ultimately, the main prize of the project - a Porsche Cayman Black Edition car.

Radio Energy received two Radiomania 2017 golden microphones. The station was recognized with awards in the nominations “Promotion of the radio station online. Musical parody” and “Transmission design. Musical jingles.”

Detskoe Radio, the only radio for children in Russia, received an award for a series of programs on learning foreign languages “Let’s talk in…” The fun lessons are targeted at both children and adults. Young listeners and their parents, together with the teachers and hosts of Detskoe Radio, not only learned words and expressions of the most popular languages in the world, but also got acquainted with the cultures and traditions of different countries.

In the contest for non-network and regional stations in the nomination “Promotion of the radio station, best non-air project,” the award went to the first interactive festival LikeParty - a live show with the participation of the most popular artists from the Like FM radio station playlist. For the first time in the history of show business everyone who came to the concert not only saw their favourite artists and got new positive emotions, but themselves became direct participants in the creation of the show. With the use of their mobile gadgets, each viewer could control the lighting and stage effects, win prizes and influence the sequence of artists coming out on the stage.
