TV-3 channel and the company Sreda presented the full-length sequel to the project Gogol on April 12 at the Cinema Foundation of Russia within the initiative to protect films by companies that are not among the leaders of the film production market.
The presentation of Gogol’s continuation in the Cinema Foundation included the project’s director Egor Baranov, who will continue working on the next installments of the film, as well as its producers Aleksandr Tsekalo, Valery Fyodorovich and Evgeny Nikishov. They promised that the new Gogol will be “a big full-length movie with special effects and complex scenes”.
The identity of the lead actor is still kept a secret. The film’s release date will be announced later.
