Tatyana Dobrokhvalova joined the Gazprom-Media team as a Deputy General Director in January 2015. In this role, she is responsible for the company's strategic and corporate development, human resources, legal and corporate communications.
From 2007 to 2014 Mrs Dobrokhvalova served as First Vice-President of the Sochi 2014 Olympic and Paralympic Games Organizing Committee.
From 2005 to 2007 she was First Deputy General Director of the Sochi 2014 Olympic and Paralympic Games Bid Committee.
Between 2000 and 2005 Tatyana Dobrokhvalova was Director of Marketing Communications at Mobile TeleSystems (MTS), one of Russia's largest mobile operators.
Mrs Dobrokhvalova completed a Master of Business Administration degree at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) from 2005 to 2007.
Tatyana Dobrokhvalova was born on January 31, 1967. She graduated from the Moscow Economics Statistical Institute in 1990 with a specialization as an engineer-economist. In 1997, she received a bachelor's degree in law from the Moscow Academy of Economics and Law and worked in various commercial enterprises upon graduation.
She has a son and two daughters.
In 2007, Tatyana Dobrokhvalova received the Order of Friendship for her participation in Sochi's bid to host the XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Paralympic Winter Games of 2014. She was also recognized with the Order for the Services to the Fatherland, III Class, in 2014 for the successful hosting of the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi.
