Yury Y.Fedutinov was born on October 23, 1958.

In 1981 graduated from the Moscow Maurice Thorez State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages.

Upon graduation from the State Academy of National Economy under the government of the Russian Federation was granted an MBA diploma in Law and Management.

From 1981 to 1991 worked as announcer, announcer-interpreter and presenter with the foreign broadcasting service of the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of the USSR (Gosteleradio).

From 1991 to 1992 — Deputy Director of CJSC Echo of Moscow.

Since 1992 has been working in the capacity of CJSC Echo of Moscow Director General.

Awarded with the honorary title of the Officer of the State Order of France for Merit.
